Postage Adjustment for Non-local Mail Services

With effect from 28 March 2025 (Friday), the postage rates of Speedpost, Surface Parcel, Air Parcel and e-Express+ will be adjusted to reflect increase in service costs, including conveyance costs, delivery charges levied by postal administrations of destinations, and the cost of handling outbound mails. Hongkong Post will continue with its efforts to manage its cost with a view to provide affordable and quality services.
