In response to the thriving development of the global e-commerce market, Hongkong Post is striving to expand from traditional postal services to providing e-commerce solutions, using innovative technology to develop diversified businesses. We are also committed to improve customer experience in terms of mailing, counter services and mail tracking, etc. Last year, we launched a local mail service, "EC-GET", for the e commerce market. Senders can post at all post offices in Hong Kong and choose any post office or iPostal Station as the pick-up location without providing the recipient's address. It also provides a basic mail tracking function, making mailing and collection simple and flexible. In addition, we have established the e Commerce Solutions Division to provide quality and efficient e-commerce solutions, which are tailored to meet the demands of SMEs, e-commerce platforms and online merchants for local and global delivery services.

Winning this award again fully affirms our support to SMEs. We will endeavour to provide them with comprehensive and cost-effective postal solutions to meet their ever-changing needs.
